Here at Lehman’s Young Adult Borough Center the YABC staff was kind enough to set up a wonderful morning dedicated to yoga on October 29, 2011. At this uplifting event YABC students, staff, as well as the parents and family of students were invited to this healthy and warm welcoming atmosphere. At the yoga session YABC was graetful enough to have Baron Carr, a professional yoga instructor traveling from all over the world brining people closer together and helping them achieve the physical, sprirtual and mental needs they strive for.
